What if I cannot find my manual?
Contact our team with the exact model and the language you need. If you are unsure of the model, email us a clear photo of the product label.
Where are the setup and care instructions?
Choose your exact model in the manual library. For cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting, follow that device's instructions. Contact us if your model is not listed.
How do I find compatible accessories?
Send us the device model and the accessory you need. Cuffs, tubing, masks and other parts can differ between models, so please check compatibility before ordering.
