Sphygmomanometer Price Automatic Tensiometre Home Electric Digital Blutdruckmonitor Best Wrist Machine Blood Pressure Monitor
1. Product introduction:
Easy to operate, accurate measurement data, all metal manufacturing, durable. Table type sphygmomanometer is the production of table type sphygmomanometer medical equipment manufacturers specially designed for home users, small and convenient to carry, the measurement accuracy is strong, its use method and measurement accuracy are the same as the mercury table sphygmomanometer used by doctors in the hospital.
2. Working principle:
The arm is inflated to compress the measuring site to block the current, and then the blood flows again by venting the gas in the arm. Blood pressure is measured by the sound of blood flow or the vibration of the arm when the blood is flowing again.
3. Measuring range:
0-300mmHg(0-40kPa)
4. Basic error:
National standard error ±3.75mmHg, factory error ±2mmHg

6. Precautions for blood pressure measurement:
Blood pressure should be measured in a quiet environment. Because blood pressure varies throughout the day, it should be measured at the same time each day. The subject should keep quiet in a relaxed state, preferably without talking or activities. Loose clothing is appropriate.
7. Measurement method:
7.1. Before the sphygmomanometer is used, check it first. The dial of the sphygmomanometer that can be used normally refers to the "0" position, reacts flexibly after pressure, and can still return to the original "0" position.
7.2. The subject is asked to sit at a table and gently place his left arm on the table in a comfortable position.
7.3. Adjust the arms to the same height as the heart. If the height is not enough, add soft pads under the arms.
7.4. Flaten the brachial belt, so that the middle of the air belt is facing the brachial artery, and the lower edge of the brachial belt reaches 2 to 3 cm above the cubital fossa. The upper arm should not be too tight or too loose, so that two fingers can be inserted under the sleeve, so as not to affect the correctness.
7.5. Insert the tip of the stethoscope into the brachial band and place it on the brachial artery at the elbow.
7.6. Pump air into the brachial band slowly with the latex ball, while paying attention to monitoring, and then increase the pressure by 2.5Kp-4kpa (20mmHg-30mmHg) to stop pumping until the brachial artery pulsation disappears.
7.7. After the pressure stops, slowly release the air in the arm band at a rate of 0.3kPa-0.6kPa(2mmHg-4mmHg) per second, so that the sphygmomanometer pointer gradually drops.
7.8. Systolic pressure is the value indicated by the hand at the first throb heard through the stethoscope during descent.
7.9. Diastolic blood pressure occurs when the pulsating sound increases gradually and then becomes muffled and disappears. When no sound is heard, it is diastolic blood pressure.
* When measuring blood pressure, you should generally repeat the readings 2 to 3 times and take the average readings as the blood pressure value.
* Metal hooks are installed on the back of the sphygmomanometer case, which can be hung on the arm band to make the reading more convenient.
* The arm of the sphygmomanometer is equipped with Velcro for convenient binding
